Hotel 104 has a modern retro design style with exotic undertones that create an exciting and unique atmosphere in the vibrant downtown area.

The hotel targets the young adult demographic in the downtown area and is the perfect getaway experience for the locals and travellers alike.

A warm natural colour scheme and textured elements hint towards an exotic vibe that is reinforced through exotic patterns.
Retro influences throughout the space are created through curvilinear shapes, spherical light fixtures, and bold patterns. Modern furniture and simple sleek lines merge the two styles together.
